• Requirements:
• Must have own insurance.
• Log must be kept showing activity.
• Credit checks and references will be checked.
• Riders program will be a small program.
• Possible opportunity to board on the facility.
• All service providers, instructors, and students must follow MEA rules and regulation.

We can offer 25 outdoor pipe panel paddocks with water troughs and off-ground hay feeders.
One large pasture would suit a herd of up to 20 compatible horses such as from a ranch herd or school horses. 
We will organize feeding and care assistance.
